Shipping:

Baby Love Reborn ships products directly to our customers from Hartford, CT.  Items are well packed and insured. If you have an issue with an order... Baby Love Reborn will do everything in our power to get it corrected as soon as reasonably possible. Next day air and overnight shipping is not available at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Returns:

​Baby Love Reborn has a three day return policy on damaged or defective products. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on items for any other reason. If something is delivered to you damaged on arrival -- please refuse delivery and contact our customer service promptly.
